I´m not sure, but looking at the signatures under the letter, I find them very similar. Do you really think the people, who were named, did really signature it on their own?
Not a doubt, that is an important and proper subject, but the letters are all the same in all signatures - and if that really is a fake, that will not be okay.

Hello and welcome!

Paris is such a lovely city, I was there for 4 or 5 times. Although I have learned French at school for 3 years, I´m not good in it. I can better understand than speak or write.
English is not easy for me too, but I can answer one of your questions:
BC is a short form for Benedict Cumberbatch.

"John, there’s something ... I should say; I-I’ve meant to say always and then never have. Since it’s unlikely we’ll ever meet again, I might as well say it now."

(I) accidentaly changed my surename to Watson while investigating Magnussen at the Register Office.
Bees are brilliant.
could you, if we ever meet again, take the hint when I ask you to pick up the phone in my pocket?
Dominas are really not my area. Doctors are.
EVERYONE KNOWS JOHN, EVERYONE KNOWS.
Friends! I don't have friends!
Girfriends are definitely not my area!
Hamish is a horrible name and I really hope you won't name any of your children thus. Sherlock, on the other hand...
I love you more than Mrs. Hudson's biscuits.
John is my favourite name ...
King Curry Restaurant is just around the corner of the airport. Would you mind and buy me a samosa there before I fly? I´m hungry like a wolf.
Love me!
Marry me (2nd wedding )
No, Mary can not come. You can however.
Of the time we spent together, there was not a moment when I didn´t love you.
Please come with me!
Quickly jump into an aeroplane! I bribed the pilots, we´re flying to Hawaii!!
Run, John. She is still dangerous!
Slytherin has always been my favorite.
Tatoos turn me on.
Untidy sock index is ok for me - if only you did it!
Virgin is not my "status quo"
Works on me. It. That is, you. Work on me.
Xena The Warrior Princess is a great show, John. You should watch some episodes.

You are the sunshine in my life

I choose Sherlock, although he is not thinkable without Watson.

It's that indirectness that makes that scene so powerful for me.

I believe that was very deliberate from Moffat's side.

I agree completely.

He more than says thank you at the wedding, though, doesn't he?  I feel it's got to be something more, if it's anything.

I think there is more, too, but in another way. Sherlocks honorific speech at the wedding was a show, it was what the guests exspect from him as the best man.
But in this tarmac scene for me he wants to let John know how much their friendship means to him. And because Sherlock has problems to talk about feelings especially to tell someone how much he likes him/her, he goes around telling what he really want to say and talks about names hoping John will understand. It is his way to say John he feels deep friendship to him.

Puhhhh and I hope you can understand what I want to say with all that, it is so hard to explain in English what I think about it.
 And yes, I´m a convinced Non-Johnlock
