Series Four Suggestions & Ideas » Third Brother Theory » October 6, 2014 11:38 am

So this is my take on the mysterious third Holmes brother.

I think that the third brother was the agent that got killed in action to get the information for Mycroft on the Terrorist case.
Why?

Well first of all, the two times that agent had been mentioned, I've observed that, when he was mentioned in Mycroft's Office, Mycroft acted a bit fidgety and when Sherlock mentioned him, Mycroft exasperated and sort of... Sad really.
Also, when Sherlock talked about him he said that the agent was probably "Showing off" too much and that was what got him killed.
Sherlock said this with an expression that said in a way that this has probably already happened before and also we know how much the Holmes Brothers like to show off, don't we?

I'd like to know what you think and your theories

I accidentally "poisoned" my roommate with a sleeping solution or something like that. Slept for a day and half she did, I felt so bad.

When you start having a posh vocabulary.
When you start shouting at random moments.
When you sing Staying Alive or Condestas Yolanda (I cannot remember the name).
When you become an anti-social person.
When you start trying to poison your friends.
When you point laser at friends pretending to be a sniper.
Jesus Christ I could list so much more and I think I've said things that have already been posted

Do you check your e-mail via webmail? Normally there should be a function in your spam folder that says "not spam". It's also often called a whitelist, so you need to add the sender address of the forum to your whitelist so that your provider recognizes it as "not spam" in the future. There should be a Help or FAQ feature for your webmail account too where you can look that up. Every e-mail provider is a bit different, so we couldn't give you specific instructions.

Okay thanks TeeJay! I'll see to that right now.

Random Sherlockiana » (yet another) Sherlock Personality Quiz » April 23, 2014 6:56 pm

You are Mycroft Holmes. It’s possible you hold a minor position in the government. By which we mean, you probably run it. Organized, mysterious and well-connected, you’re a master of manipulation and surprisingly adept at kidnapping people. You’re actually the smartest person in your family, despite the fact that most people tend to pay more attention to your more dramatic sibling. You are the person in your social circle most likely to have a minion. (Or two.) And your diet is going just fine, thank you.

Yowzah! I got Mycroft on this one. I think it was the "saving my computer" that made me Mycroft.
Because GOVERNMENT STUFF AND YOU'VE GOT POTATOES ON IT.

Thanks you guys it was actually in my spam, I had no idea! How do I make it normal? Like how do I make it not go into spam? I really have no idea how, I don't go much on my mail.

Hi! Kinda new to the forum.
I subscribed to some topics but I'm supposed to receive an email when it's updated but I never receive any. Is this normal or not?

I don't see anything other than John/Mary being canon, to be quite honest. Johnlock is kind of a grey zone, and there's already a number of threads here that discuss whether it's canon or not.

Yeah I thought about that too. I've always thought that Johnlock would never become canon because it just couldn't.
But Mycroft could have someone in S4. I mean the Goldfish conversation with Sherlock. It doesn't necessarily have to be Greg... Even though I want it.

It's Canon » Which pairing have a chance to become Canon? » April 22, 2014 9:27 pm

And which do you think should be included?
I see a lot of people shipping many pairings and stuff.
But which has a chance of becoming canon?
Sherlolly? Lestrolly? Mystrade? Sherstrade? MorMor? Johnlock?
I'd love to hear your opinions!
I, personally want Mystrade to be included (BECAUSE I TITANIC IT.) and I think Sherlolly could become a thing. Or Lestrolly, even if I want him with Mycroft, but I think it could become Canon.

I just really hope it's during French vacations and not during Roland Garros the French Grand Slam in tennis. I'd be in a really bad situation and I sooooo want to go! I've never been at a convention not even a fan meet-up. I'd love to go at one.
So far all the conventions have been during my school time *quietly swears colourful words*.

Meet The Members » What do you do when you're not doing Sherlock? » April 22, 2014 9:14 pm

Hm, well. I read, a lot. I Doctor Who a bit. I love writing Fanfiction (especially Mystrade, it's my OTP). I concentrate on school work. I aim to enter the Army or the Police. I love writing (not only fanfics!). I play tennis, my ultimate passion. Well that's basically it.

There is a lot more women then I expected! I thought there would be more men even if they would still be a minority.

Series Four Suggestions & Ideas » 4 Things I Want from Sherlock Series 4 » April 22, 2014 9:02 pm

1. I'd love to see flashbacks. Know a little more about the past. The Holmes brothers as kids, for example! Know how Sherlock and Mycroft came to be what they are in the series. A traumatic event? A broken heart? (That's for you Mycroft.) Maybe the meeting of Sherlock and Greg? With the fabulous phrase "Those things'll kill you." except Greg tells this to drug-addict Sherlock.
2. No baby. No. It's already complicated enough with Mary. Maybe she can fake the pregnancy? She's fooled Sherlock once she can fool him twice? I mean, imagine a plot where the baby gets kidnapped. Cliché. Not that I'd hate the baby if it were ever to be put in the Series but what will Moftiss do about it afterwards? It'll be a bit of a wall no?
3. Moriarty being dead. It's better that way. Let's have Moran. A leftover of the web,  maybe Mary? Who knows?
4. More Lestrade. He needs more scenes, seriously.

Series Four Suggestions & Ideas » Four things I would prefer NOT to see in series 4 » April 22, 2014 8:50 pm

1. John to completely forgive Mary. I mean, she almost killed Sherlock and she lied to him. Not that I hate Mary, on the contrary, I quite like her.
2. Moriarty to come back to life. Okay, first, how could he have pulled off the fake-suicide? Maybe a twin. Okay. But I much prefer him dead, even though I love him. Maybe someone left in his web? Mary? Moran?
3. The cases. Sherlock is, after all, a consulting detective. Maybe they should focus a little more on the little cases, little but impossible to solve by Scotland Yard. The books are, after all, mostly composed of that and plus, it would add a bit of fun.
Sherlock has a high risk of becoming really, REALLY big. It is already big but it shouldn't become James Bond. Maybe calm down on the MI6/MI5 action and have the classic Watson and Holmes adventures for a bit.

Character Analysis » Analysis of Mycroft's character » April 22, 2014 8:39 pm

There is a scene in Series 3 which I really can't remember anything about it, Mycroft was making a phone call, to Sherlock I think (no not the one where he is in running tights).
He was dressed so casually, I mean, he was a lot more undressed than we've ever seen him before. No suit in sight, just a crisp white shirt and a tie, messy hair. Where was he? Was he at someone's home? In his own home? We've never seen him this way. He is really casual.
This scene made me ask some questions.
