So - THIS is Sherlock's mysterious walk-in wardrobe isn't it? It's not surprising that we don't see it in 221B because it isn't there. He obviously rented an extra apartment for his suits...
Yes, it's probably the "bedroom upstairs" in Mrs Turner's flat because that would otherwise be unused.

The Hounds Of Baskerville » Grace and the poisonous sugar » December 5, 2012 8:36 pm |
The scene where Sherlock "poisons" John's coffee always reminded me of a documentary I had seen once. It showed a scientific test design used in psychology studies. Now I have finally found the original article:
The scientists wanted to test the brain activity of persons who were confronted with questions involving moral judgement. They made up the story of "Grace". Grace took her friend on a tour of a chemical plant and then Grace poured them coffee. Different scenarios are presented, all about the question a) if the sugar is poisonous or not and b) if Grace thinks that the sugar is poisonous. The test was meant to show how people judge Grace if she deliberately or unknowingly puts poison into her friend's coffee.
The original article is about brain activity, but from what I understood the test is also commonly used for studies with high functioning autistics, to see in which way their reactions and moral judgements are different from those of other people.
I wonder if this reference in the episode was intended or not.

Oh, right, I have to make a decision. It's not easy to choose, but I think I iked the forum-related caption by Davina best.
Davina, your turn!

Series Three Suggestions & Ideas » Sherlock Planning John's Bucks Night » December 3, 2012 10:30 pm |
I really don't want to see that. I witnessed a stag night (for a girl - what is it called then?) in Ireland this summer and found it horrible.
But your ideas are great. One of you should write a story about it.

If it had only dematerialised, I would have said Sherlock used it to mop up spilt acid. But that it rematerialised again ... that is odd.

Now the next one is finished.
Well, we all know what Sherlockians do while waiting for series three – get bored and write fanfiction. But what does Sherlock do in the meantime? That’s what this story is about.
We have already seen him drunk in The Watson Formula, now let’s have a look at what he’s like when he’s sober (hopefully) and depressed (very). It’s three years after the fall, and it’s Christmas …
It is a short story once again, post-Reichenbach, absolutely platonic (*cough* ok, that got a little out of hand here ) and slightly AU.
Rated M for the implications.
Here is the story:
As a soundtrack, I recommend this: (since it was mostly written to the rhythm of it).

General Sherlock Discussion » Have you had any dreams about Sherlock? » December 2, 2012 12:03 pm |
This night I had a dream where I was in the living room and Sherlock suddenly appeared in the garden. He knocked against the glass door and I said "garland" many times because it was a code word that would open the door. But somehow it didn't work, and it was also impossible for me to get up from the sofa. I was a little disappointed that the door stayed closed, but it was probably better that he could not come in. He was extremely pale and thin and looked creepy.
