Oh, Sherlockskitty! That's really sad! I love cats, practically grew up with them and I have lost so many. They're my best friends since always and losing one is always hard, no matter how it happens. Disappearing or old age, the worries are terrible. I hope she'd more fine by the time. Courage!

You definitely should. I on the otherhand have the book but haven't read it. I'll read the book and you'll watch the movie. We got a deal?

Why not? I'm sure it's as good as the book!

Surely, you're right, it just a long time I haven't read it. I love the book, I don't know why I haven't watch the movie.

So what represents us the best: an ogre or a piece of a broken tea cup?

I like The Road, more post-apocalyptic than dystopian though, the movie 1984 was great, a lot like the book: slow and grey. I like Gattaca and 12 Monkeys too, but I never thought of Blade Runner as a dystopia. I'll have to re-read the book! I already heard about Metropolis and it sounds interesting, it's a movie I'd like to see someday.

Don't worry Molly, I'm sure you'll be fine! Oh, chocolate, the best remedy ever : ).

I had my worst day Tuesday because of school too. Two courses and four exams : listening (not sure about that one, I invented most of the answers), reading and oral (really, it's the cruelest torture for me. I'm really shy, can't talk in English and have a very strange accent) in English. And worst of all, final integral calculus exam., 40% of the note ><. I only hope everything went fine!

And why is it so hot today! I miss winter and cold : (.

@Milkomeda - we have a somewhat similar taste in movies, especially in sci-fi movies. I forgot Zemeckis' CONTACT from my list. Have you seen it? It's brilliant..

I vaguely remember something from this name, but with the description of the movie, I don't think so...

I love dystopia too Sammy! Have you read or saw 1984? It's the dystopian classic.

I can confirm this. They're delicious. The chips.

Well, put like that, it actually sounds good. Oh, I'm hungry now.

And, sorry to interrupt, but how seriously Glee = geek ?

Chips are fries, aren't they? Really not the same meaning here. Cheesy chips? Yes, poutine seems a lot like that, but with sauce. Not so mysterious : ). Though, I understand, I find mince pie really strange!

Greenland? Well, maybe, it would make sense. I always think about it as it's in Europe, I don't know why.

Oh! Poutine! Yes, how did I forget it?But, strange and mysterious? xD
