I think I am at the happiest now actually. Anticipation is often better than the reward itself. Especially when it follows with the downside of it soon being over (for now).

But this... all the things I'm looking forward to. The excitement, the not knowing, the fear and hopes, the discussions, the speculations... this is the best part.

I think so to. Makes me wonder if the other nurses are other women in Sherlock's life. A bit like the women in the "cult" in TAB. But perhaps they wouldn't use the same idea twice.

Someone had the idea that the women in front of her look like Jeanette and Sarah. There is a certain similarity in the hair colour but nothing definite.
Mary being a nurse has been emphasised more than once - in the surgery, when bandaging Billy Wiggins, in TAB. There might be a deeper meaning to that. (In Canon she was a governess, not a nurse).

John wears the same suit and shirt when punching Sherlock like in the car/Smith scene from the first trailer:

He seems to be fully supportive of Sherlock in the car. Could his attitude really change so much so quickly? Maybe Sherlock just imagines it beaing John while it's in fact Culverton Smith (maybe they look alike for a reason).

Also, we don't often see John wearing suits. I wonder what the occasion is. He's together with (probably) sick Sherlock, wearing a suit. Hmmpf. *whistles Whitney Houston's Bodyguard song*

Good find, ewige. I am very curious about why he punches Sherlock. It must be a good reason, at least for him.

Then again, didn't Martin say something about John becoming "a bit of a d*ck" in this season? Seeing as I get the impression some fans view him as that already after S3, I am not looking forward to the John discussions afterwards...

Yeah, looks like the rest of the nurses are unknown.

Well, Sue did say in her tweet that nothing bad had been revealed yet, so there's no harm done! Clearly what was in the Czech trailer is not too spoilery. And I have to say, that's the way it feels - I feel we have lots and lots of hints, but nothing at all substantial, hardly anything where we can say definitely "Oh, that's going to happen".

I was trying to work out the order of the clips as well, at first I thought the car scene was them leaving somewhere so it came after the shove and punch but I would have thought Sherlock would have had a nice shiner from the punch and he doesn't seem to have a mark on him so maybe it comes just before? I'm thinking whatever makes John punch Sherlock is the same thing that makes Sherlock's lip quiver, some big shocking news (or loss?).

That is interesting nakahara, I read that in this series Sherlock is going to be slightly less of a dick so does that make them equal haha.
