Which, to be honest, I found a bit vague. Who are "the two"? Sherlock and John? Mycroft and Sherlock? Mycroft and John?

I definitely read it as Mycroft and Sherlock, but I can see why some people might have gotten excited thinking it was John he was talking about.

Edit: Actually now that I go back and read it again, I think he does mean Sherlock and John. But I think "interactions" is a pretty vague word!

Exciting! I wonder about this one:

“We’re reasonably confident that the very next thing to happen to Sherlock and John, is the very last thing you’d expect…”

I think I'd been concentrating on the "last thing you'd expect", but I'm sure the fans could come up with just about every possible twist ... I'm thinking more now about the "very next thing to happen". Presumably this big unexpected thing is not something that's going to slowly develop over S4 or be revealed in the last episode. It's going to be the very next thing i.e. the opener for S4:Ep1.

So something is going to happen right at the very beginning, to do with Sherlock and John (not just Sherlock), and presumably there will have been clues about it in TAB (and possibly S3). There isn't an awful lot going on outside of the mind palace in TAB, but we do have Mycroft entreating John to look after Sherlock, which does some across as foreshadowing of something happening to Mycroft, but it could also be about Sherlock and John. Does John fail to look after him? Do either of them do something the other finds impossible to accept? What would we least expect - something out of character?

Interesting...
I wondered whether the last thing we would expect would be them starting with John back at Baker street and doing a retrospective, to show how he got there.
But starting with a funeral would do it and be more dramatic, too.

I'm trying to decide at what point I will stop looking at season 4 threads that might have spoilers. Filming is still at least 6 weeks away, so I wasn't expecting there to be setlock photos already (I have no experience of this). I don't mind looking at pics of the 221b set being built because I don't think they will give much away... But it looks like these photos have started some speculation. Personally, I think I will stop looking at tumblr and Twitter once filming gets underway. I like to keep the surprise

I assume there will be a separate spoiler/setlock thread when filming officially starts. Who else will be avoiding setlock like me?
