I take the precaution of a good coat and a short friend.

Not sure, but I think Sherlock uses another verbal tense
At least, that's what I hear (you know, I'm almost a hearing impaired)

But apart from that, you are, as usual, right

Hmm ... I hear "take" as well. I believe this to be right. Any other ideas, guys?
And you are no impaired herring, are you, Irene? "hering" is German for "herring"...

Sounds fishy to me. But let's not go off on a wild goose chase...

Got a new puzzle for us, tobe?

Oh yes. Here you are:
_ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ ' _ / _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ / _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ .

Yeeeeah, I corrected it
I'm not really hearing impaired (bad bussiness for a musician, though it worked for Divine Ludwig, who knows) but I have some trouble yet when it comes to understanding people talking fast or with some kind of accent. So, I really, really, really hear "I took..." but now I think it's probably because Benedict uses his deepest voice when saying that and mumbles a bit so... as I said, I'm like a hearing impaired in this case
And now... make us some T, please, tobe

So, kettle's just boiled - four cups of tea (Earl Grey, if you please...)
_ _ _ _ / T _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ ' T / _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ / T _ / _ _ T / _ _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ .

It is correct. The phrase, used correctly, is 'to takethe precaution of... ' in this example.

The S, please, tobe
Davina, thanks. I just thought he said "I took the precaution..." but now I've listened carefully to it again and I think he says "I take the precaution...". Anyway, Benedict, if you ever read this, please try to vocalize for the sake of your loving Spanish fans

But I haven't a clue where it's from...
