Hallo to everyone!
My name is Susi from Germany. I found this forum a few days ago, searching some new Benedict-pics and since that, I´m reading and loughing and reading and.....loving it so much. So I decided to join you.
I fear my english is terrible rustet since schooldays long long time ago, I hope it will get better in future.
Looking forward to a great time here.

Thanks a lot.
At the point I saw there were some german people on, I took all my courage and joined.
Because I was never good in languages, gave up all of them at 11th class in school, beeing more a mathematician, it´s realy hard for me to write my ideas in english.

Never mind your English. The native speakers around are very generous.

I hope you will enjoy here! your English is good enough for me, non-speaker, as I understand you ^^
Hi and welcome, Neferu! Here is another German fan. I have the same concern about my English skills. But since I write, read and listen more English things I must confess it's getting a bit better every time. Every now and again I stumble upon English words I've never heard before - but my memory is too bad. I wish I could just read or hear one vocabulary and instantly could keep it in mind - but my long-time memory is really bad. I'm a slow learner. I can look up a word 10 times in a dictionary and everytime I stumble upon it again I've always forgotten the meaning - it's annoying. But I work on that and I notice that it's getting better - slowly. ![]()

I could be me whom you describe. I´m the same hopeless bad learner of language, but yes I can see a little progress from time to time. So perhaps I´m not a hopeless case at all.![]()
