God, I missed this... it must be indeed painful, my uncle had one recently and he suffered a lot... get well soon!

thanks everyone. Am feeling a LITTLE better today-- but still sore in my back.
Kidney stones ARE awful, Goodness, I've had at least 6 of them since 1997.

I promise to pay some visits to Speedy's, 221b Baker Street, the Crown Jewels and so on. Oh, and I will take a picture of the Tardis

I won't be online much until next week, as I have friends coming to visit from abroad and we'll be travelling around the country a bit.

Not that anybody missed/will miss this lurker, but my power was unexpectedly out for several days. I am back, but I am leaving tomorrow for a week to a place where there is no service- no internet, television, cell phones, etc. However, I may be able to bribe someone into driving me to a wi-fi spot at some point.
Bah. I just realized that this shall also interrupt watching Sherlock again...I will simply make up for it when I return! Plus, I can bring my art supplies and do some fanart, which I was already planning, and work on a version of Irene's theme on the violin. I play by ear, but I still need to improve my speed and fluidity with the song.
