Mycroft’s popularity doesn’t surprise me at all. He is, after all, incredibly beautiful, clever and well-dressed. And beautiful. Did I mention that?

Sadly I'm forced to trot it out alarmingly often.

Re: Vote for the National TV Awards

I also wonder why The Big Bang Theory is nominated?!
It's not my show, I watched it once and found it quite boring. I prefer How I met your mother, although it jumped the shark a bit.

Re: Vote for the National TV Awards

So do I. As with all situation comedies, which it is, you have to understand the characters, their history etc. to 'get it'.

Looking at the previous years I wouldn't hold out too much hope. But I'd love to be surprised. http://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons/happy.png

Re: Vote for the National TV Awards

Oh for f-....

You should have seen Martin's face. I thought he was going to punch someone for real. And I doubt he'd have avoided the nose and teeth!

I honestly would not have blamed him.

Re: Vote for the National TV Awards

Some in the fandom seem to think it was all an act from Martin.
Personally I think it was blind rage!
EDIT:  Jamie Freeman(Martin's bro) has confirmed on Twitter that Martin WAS pretending!

Re: Vote for the National TV Awards

Of course he was! He is an actor - and they know that cameras are everywhere!
I prefer this new habit - better than the usual polite smile....

I feel like I've missed something good here Anyone know where I can watch this if I'm not from Britain?

Re: Vote for the National TV Awards

Yes, Helen is a friend of Benedict, she is his "transmitter" to Twitter. He also "used" her last year to thank his fans for the money the spent for charity in his name for his birthday.
