Eeek, this is tricky
...I love them all! But overall, as a whole, I'd say that series 3 is my favourite. I love the character development and emotional expression in it , that series more than any other made me love Sherlock even more. I absolutely love and adore the other two, but I loved all episodes of series 3 in near equal measure while in the first and second (eventhough I adore all the episodes) there were episodes I loved significantly more than the others...so my vote goes to series 3.

When the first thing you do when you get up in the morning is check AO3 for new Sherlock fan fiction and surf YouTube looking for Sherlock fan videos....
And, when a friend lets you know they're finally watching Sherlock series 2 for the first time and you end up being more excited than they are
