I had a funny and pretty weird dream (all my dreams are weird though) about Benedict last night.

I dreamt that we were really close friends and we were watching a movie in a hotel room but for some reason we were sitting on the floor haha, Benedict was worried about having to go and collect his passport at an embassy the next day and I kept telling him it would be fine. The dream skipped to the next day and he was still worried about collecting it. We went to go and pick it up and for some reason a whole bunch of his family members came with us haha. Benedict went in to collect the passport and a little while later he came out in a bit of a panic saying he needed is birth certificate and he didn't have it and then this super sweet old lady, I think his nan in the dream, came over and was like "here, I have it" and Benedict was so happy and managed to get his passport.

The next part of the dream skipped again and we were all in this big house and there was one girl there who was just staying on her phone so me and Benedict decided we should have some fun and try and get her off the phone, we went out into the garden and on the washing line were loads of bags of candy floss but they were fake candy floss made of some sort of soap stuff, we grabbed a few of the bags and were chucking the candy floss stuff at the girl and then we all ended up in a fake candy floss throwing fight. I don't remember anything else lol.

Little bit about Child in Time in this article, nothing really new but it has what Benedict said about it at LFCC.

I hope they give us an idea when this will air soon, I'm really looking forward to seeing it.

Nice photos diva!!

I love Benedict's answers in talks or interviews, he is very intelligent and his answers are always very thoughtful but his mind does seem to wander sometimes, it's endearing, I love it about him.

Thanks guys!

Hope you had a great time on Saturday Diva, his talk was brilliant wasn't it! I'm glad that a lot of people got to ask their questions, it felt a bit like an informal chat. Benedict really does come across as a very genuinely sweet and funny person, I loved all his answers.

He was very sweet with the little girl who asked him what his favourite colour was

I was knackered by the end of Sunday but it was definitely worth it!

That's cool you got the book signed too! I've never been to Pembrokeshire before so I'm really looking forward to it, definitely have to visit Barafundle Bay and Benedict said Tenby is nice so will be going there too

Haha I know, I kind of wished I had said it just to see what his reaction would have been.

Yeah, we Cumber-matched as my friend said (groan). The funny thing is the day before I was wearing a dark denim shirt and he was wearing a light blue top, we looked liked we had switched shirts!

I don't know if the expectations I had going in to series 4 skewed my perception of it, not so much in terms of expectations of what I wanted to see plot wise but I guess just general expectations of the quality of content based on previous series.

I definitely want to have a Sherlock marathon session (might not be able to fit them all in to one day...) and watch all the episodes in order to see if that changes my opinion of series 4. On first watch of series 4 I wasn't overly impressed, except with TLD which was amazing and possibly one of my all time favourite episodes, but when I re-watched S4 a while ago it did grow on me a little, there were still things I didn't like but I appreciated episodes a bit more and enjoyed many of the character moments, plus any episode of Sherlock is better than no episode of Sherlock.

I finally got to meet Benedict and he is as lovely in person as everyone says he is, super friendly! He had so many people to get through in terms of photoshoots and autographs and he must have been exhausted by the end of it but he still took the time to make each meeting personal. I ended up getting a few photos including joint ones with BC and Mads Mikkelsen and BC and Benedict Wong who are also both super nice!

I got two of my drawings signed and he said they were beautiful and asked how long they took to do and I also got the Third Star script book signed and as I'm going camping in Pembrokeshire in two weeks we talked a little bit about it and he said he would like to go back (maybe I should have invited him camping ).

It was such a good weekend, I don't think I've stopped smiling yet.

I took some photos at the talk and they're posted on Cumberbatch web, someone's talk report is on there too.

Ooh interesting! At the BFI music of Sherlock talk with Michael Price David Arnold they mentioned a Sherlock concert they were going to do in London, wonder if it's that?

The last two are perfect exemplars of Benedict v Sherlock.

I love some of the Benedict in character v Benedict out of character pics that people post! Such a funny contrast.

I haven't really watched Doctor Who since David Tennant left, I did watch some of Matt Smith's episodes and liked him as the Doctor but I couldn't get into it with Peter Capaldi as the Doctor but I will definitely tune in to see how Jodie's portrayal turns out.

I drew a picture of Andrew as Hamlet and he signed it when I went to see it again (one of my other friends wanted to go and couldn't say no now could I? haha).
