I have a Myrmecophobia (fear of ants), Cynophobia (fear of dogs), Pyrophobia (fear of fire), and countless other fears I don't want to share because they can be used against me.

Now, my fear of ants is not overly so; if I see one ants crawling across the floor I won't scream at the top of my lungs. But if colony of ants, prehaps squirming over dead roadkill or picking over the remains of leftover food, were to show up, I would probualy have to stiffen a scream. I have nightmares of ants, crawling all over my skin, scuttering into my eyes and eating me from the inside... oops... probualy should try not to give you nightmares as well. And I'm not afraid of all bugs; I would be perfectly content with letting a spider sit on my finger, as long as I was sure it wasn't posionous. No, it's just ants I'm afraid of. (As if something summoned it, an ant just crawled over my papers. Seriously, it did)

I don't know why I'm afraid of dogs. I just am. I have no recollection of a tragic incident with a dog when I was young, nor any time when a dog as harmed me. They just exist.

My fear of fire came from an unknown place within my Mind Palace. Ever since I was young I have been afraid of fire... yet kind of in awe of it. There's this air of brilliance that surrounds it, as if it's announcing, "Everyone, I am the most wonderful thing on this Earth; even God cannot control me!"

You might be surprised there are already favourite and favorite character on this board.

Yes, I assumed so, but I noticed the "create a poll" button and decided to make one. And thank you to all the people that have wished me a warm welcome. I hope to become a helpful and active member of this community.

I will not mention the fact that you are talking about drowning books.

True or False? I have posters of Moriarty quotes all over my walls.

Hello fellow Sherlockians. I won't tell you too much about myself, but you can probualy use your "Sherlock Powers of Deduction" to figure me out. So I am a female who is addicted to Sherlock and enjoys fangirling over Benedict Cumberbatch with my just-as-weird friends. (Unfortunaly, I've never seen any of the other movies/shows he's acted in) I am of an unknown gender who owns two cats, who I love more than anything... except Benedict Cumberbatch's cheekbones. "You being all mysterious with your cheekbones, and turning your coat collar up so you look cool," John Watson / Martin Freeman. "The Empty Hearse" is my favorite eposide; John's reaction to Sherlock being alive was priceless! And there was your introduction. Bye now, I must put up with the feels. Oh, and here's a poll.

... you can't hear someone mention "fall" without screaming, "Sherlock!"

... are incredibly bored (that happened before I discovered Sherlock).

... correct people's grammar- all the time.
