"Looking back later in life, John always felt that he should have seen it coming sooner. But the first weeks after the Heroic Return had been so filled up with moving back in and press conferences and recovering from the recent months and explaining and forgiving and soothing hurt friends and solving that case Lestrade had brought to them probably just to come to terms with Sherlock again that John only realised something was seriously wrong with his friend when it was too late for an easy way out."

Here it is, my second multi-chapter Johnlock angst and fluff fanfic. It's a case fic actually, losely based on a canon story, and brought to life with the help of many forum members.

It can be read here:

or here

As always, I hope you like it. Feedback is highly appreciated.

I can really recommend this one.

I was eagerly waiting for this!
So, bringing the story to perfection was one of your holiday projects then?
Well done. I'm going to read it as soon as I will have finished proof reading my daughter's bachelor thesis.

Mrs Hudson: "They don’t matter. You do."

Yes, one of many projects! The only holiday project I did not get to is the O and T word story.

Thank you both for the help with Bridges, BTW!

Just read the first part of your new fan fiction, Schmiezi. I like it. Very perceptive description of Sherlock's thoughts.
I am looking forward to the next chapters.

I read the first chapter just now and liked it very much. Loved the kind of dark and desperate mood. I generally like Angst stories, so I'm looking forward to reading more (even if the mood doesn't stay that way).

OMG Schmeizi I think that's the best one yet! I am always impressed when an author can keep them both largely in character.

Love love loved it!
