I was just wondering what were your Benedict's favourite hair colour? Haircut?

I like him a lot with his natural ginger hair, but I must admit I like him even better with darker hair.

Sherlock's haircut gives him a mysterious look, sometimes a baby look even, you just wanna tug gently at his curls.

But one of my favourite haircut is this one:

He looks so damn cute like that!

For me, it is Sherlock, Sherlock and Sherlock.
Oh, did I mention Sherlock?
I'm very fond of these dark curls. Very distinguished.

I love the dark curls but I'm also fond of the red Frankenstein curls and the vintage hairstyles from my signature. I do accept the blonde PE hair because it's necessary for the part. What I don't like at all is everything slicked back like in the STID promo events. Makes him look much older.

SMDB: Wow, was never granted such medal before - Love You!
(Almost as much as Sherlock's hair  )

Susi: Right you are about the STID style...
And it's no curls

No curls style is only acceptable with a fringe falling into his face. It's the law.

I got to know the Sherlock hair first.
When I googled "Benedict Cumberbatch" after that, I went: WTF!? A bit....hm.... let's say...disappointed.
Meanwhile I'm kind of used to the different colours and styles, but still prefer Sherlock. And his original colour and style - assuming I've already seen it.
12 Years A Slave style seems to be "interesting", too, btw.

Teehee!  Gotta love the curly Sherlockian hair....*runs fingers through it*

So....no STID slicked backed black hair lovers here?  *is all alone*  I personally really like it, I kind of like that it makes him look a bit older....curly hair still my fav though

I've read that it takes ages to get the Sherlock hair right each day.  Sadly, the curls are not natural.

I do prefer the curls.  They accentuate the cheekbones.

I whole heartedly second this motion.

CURLS!  OMG the curls.  They are just dead sexy.  They make my hands ich I want to touch them so bad.

That said, I am very fond of his natural color with the dark "Sherlocks" a close second.  Just don't care for the blonde.  Although I can tolorate it in Parade's End because of other things.

I'm pretty sure, they are. Maybe not exactly the Sherlock style. I think they just have to "put them the right way" before a shoot.

Ha ha, brilliant indeed, tonnaree!

I also think Benedict's got natural curly hair, just something more between this:

and the unaired pilot:

I have hair like that too: curly but more wavy/straight in some places, my curls are not as tight nor as well defined and pretty like Sherlock's, they are quite wild and unruly, but at my wedding, it only took a couple of hair curlers and a bit of curling ironing to get curls similar to Sherlock's (my hair is only a bit longer than his, except now I have a short fringe and longer hair on each side of my face, but short at the back) so I guess that's what it takes Benedict to get Sherlock's hair.

(Now i have a picture of him with hair curlers and... well...  No, i think they just use a curling iron. If his hair is naturally curly like I think, then it must not be too difficult to get that result with the iron)

Definetely agree with the Sherlock hair, but I love the STID hair so much.
Slicked back or while fighting and it gets all in his face  can't wait for that DVD to come out

I have two completely different prefered styles haha.
I too, as does everyone, enjoy the pleasing look of his Sherlock dark curls. They really make him seem so much more beautiful.
But truly I also really really enjoyed his hair in the new Star Trek movie, where most of the time he looked like a god descended from on high to show of his amazingness and hair and beautiful eyes all at the same time. Thats just my opinion though.

I have nothing more to add to this thread than THAT (points up) what you just said. Perfection
