To be honest I don't think anything. But it's quite interesting theory =)

Hmm. Interesting Fall theory, Alan. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! #Sherlock.

Interesting theory but love Gatiss' response

I love it

In order to cheat death Sherlock arranged for a 6 x 2 m rectangle in West Smithfield Street to be dug up, replaced with a trampoline and then covered over again so as to look like paving slabs and he did it with around 3 hours notice, in the middle of the night and without arousing the suspicion of Moriaty's gang.

It doesn't seem that much more farfetched than the idea that a fairy tale 7 ft golem is responsible for the London art gallery murders.

Methinks he doth protest too much.

Or maybe he's just being himself--you know, there was one thing not correct in the theory so he's saying it's all wrong.  Or maybe there are four small things wrong but the overall idea is right.  Who knows?!  They'll never admit it if someone does guess so we'll just have to wait and see (observe) for ourselves when Series 3 is aired.

I have nothing to add, what a brilliant paragraph.

I had seen Jonathan Creek over a year ago when it was first suggested as an explanation, and dismissed it for these obvious reasons at once..

It's an interesting theory, but I highly doubt that they would use an idea from another TV series. Also, he's jumping off a 4 story building (think it's four stories), so it would be a bit harder
