Are you an object at all? - Yes.
Are you seen outside? - No.
Do you belong to anybody in particular? - Yes.
Do you belong to Irene? - No.
Do you belong to John? - Yes.
Are you bigger than an apple? - Yes.
Are you seen at 221B? - Yes.
Does John hold / carry you? - Yes.
Are you seen during the Christmas Party? - No.
Does anybody except John use it? - No.
Is it important for the plot? - No.
Are you his Laptop? - No.
Are you something that is used for anything? - I'm not sure what you mean - everything is used for something, isn't it?
Is it seen at any place apart form 221B? - No.
Is is bigger than a soccer ball? - Mhm... yes, I think so. (It's a completely different shape, so it's difficult to tell.)
Are seen in the first 10 minutes of the episode? - No...
Can you be used as a weapon? - Yes.
Is it made out of metal? - No.
Are you a piece of clothing? - No.
Are you made of paper? - No.
Are you a piece of furniture? - No.
Are you the green plastic shopping bag? - No.
But maybe you are the Cluedo board? - No.

We only see it for maybe two or three seconds. I think it belongs to John - it could belong to Sherlock too or to both of them but John is the only one we see it with.
