Good idea. For Sunday, I could try, perhaps by train. But I don't know if we'll have a family party or something on that weekend, so I can't definitely say if I could be there or not.

This is again one of these sofas in which I don't see any sofas or chairs whatever.

I would love to. I still have to arrange details with my parents. And we'd have to fix a meeting point, Schmiezi.
I've already informed my parents of the meeting (though my father had feared you're all some dangerous kind of punk-hippies I could convince him that you're all friendly and harmless human beings... in a way). I assume they will call me now and then (got Stayin Alive as ringtone - I hope that at least not everybody will reach for her phone then) but up to now everything's fine.

Mary, I fully understand your parents. My mom had similar doubts when I started meeting other Star Trek fans at the age of 14. If it helps, we could meet before the meet up (sounds like a nice idea, anyway) and I'm very willing to meet your partents, if they would like me to.
