Absolutely, Sherlock has generally no idea what privacy is.  Or John just read porn and therefore Sherlock is a bit too close...

I know I'm late to this party, but oh...my...god. Usually not my type of literature, but it did answer A LOT of questions. I had to read it after that compelling artwork. Excellent read. Once I started it, I couldn't stop. Excellent writing style, even the intimate parts are well done. So much emotion! Even though I don't see their relationship in this light (a rainbow light, if you will!) that was pretty amazing. Just to be able to explore an alternate-universe type of story was excellent. I loved this one when I read it because it was so well written, seemed so knowledgable about the film industry, and as my first AU wasn't too difficult a leap because our Sherlock and John are played by actors.  Seemed kind of natural to be in the theater world.

You're talking about Performance In a Leading Role by madlori? A must-read for anyone who can "go there" with Sherlock and John as a romantic couple. It's a long story (she writes no other kind, pretty much), totally AU, but very readable. Anyone who believes in love and romance, regardless of gender, would love this one. Go to the Johnlock fan fic rec thread, and it's one of the first stories recommended there. A must-read.

Well, some there also said they were not too fond of it - but many many do.
As I don't like AU, I have tried just one page and then dropped it - but rather for the AU.
