And I could be mistaken, since I watched it ages ago, but that looks like Mark as he was in BBC's Being Human... the show about a vampire, werewolf, and ghost roommates, who get entangled in a lot of weird stuff while trying to be normal... and Mark is one of the super-old creepy vamps!

Maybe it is the same one, but in the photo it looked different to me. It could just be the lighting that threw me off.
