Complete this quote, the first person to complete it will do the next quote and so on.
Both ACD and BBC.
Easy one first:

To a great mind....................

Could be dangerous.

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

"To a great mind nothing is little"
I like that quote! It's a good approach to life Doyle must have been wise, in some regards. And I like how he uses "great"... I'm not sure how the distinction is in english language, but it means more than just clever, right?

I like this game! always good to know your quotes!
New one? very easy one?

I dislike being outnumbered. It.......................

Sherlock: "THEN WHAT..............................."

The correct quote is "Then what exactly is the point of you". Have no idea how picky we should be in this thread, so I'll just accept it.

Well i suppose guessing is the game, so we might get things wrong. I suggest looking up in books and watching the Films is Ok, but no internet search...? :-) or what do you think?
I think it should be up to the one starting a Quote to decide if he\she accepts the ans wer :-) :-)

I just continue for now, Ok ? :-)

Give me...work.

I'm not sure that's right, but it seemed to make sense.

Yes, that's in there
It's a rather long one:
“My mind," he said, "rebels at stagnation. Give me problems, give me work, give me the most abstruse cryptogram or the most intricate analysis, and I am in my own proper atmosphere. I can dispense then with artificial stimulants. But I abhor the dull routine of existence. I crave for mental exaltation. That is why I have chosen my own particular profession, or rather created it, for I am the only one in the world.

I guess "work" still sums it up pretty nice, so please go on - your turn!
