Benedict just said at the Palm Springs Festival that he will start filming in three days, then go to the US for the Golden Globes next weekend and then return to the UK for filming.

I thought so, too. But it was not tagged "ShSpesh" and the photo is from the SH exhibition in London. But there are some more tweet about Scotland and ACD and the Special. And there was the Highland cow. So maybe it is a hint after all …

No, it's not English, come on!

I quite like how people like Moffat or David Tennant talk. But a thick Scotch accent is a bit too much for me. Like Johnny Vegas, I'm sure his jokes are very funny but I simply don't understand him.

My pupils tend to disagree. They never get what is said when listening comperension exercises include Scots.

Scotland is amazing, and they've got some seriously good whisky too!
Oh, and I can highly recommend the TV series "Hamish MacBeth" with Robert Carlyle if you want to get accustomed to (and one day understand) the lovely Scottish accent...

I remember those comprehension exercises... I especially remember the panic of my 16 year old self at my English exam not having a clue what was said on the tape as I drew 'Ireland'... But I've come to love the Celtic accents since then (maybe it helped that I got an A+ for bluffing)
