Not sure if they will wait until 2016 for Shakespeare's 400th death anniversary.

This should be brilliant. The first three were...

This article below  implies that not only is Benedict preparing for Hamlet,
and urging its production to be made available widely later via NTLive,

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2737177/BAZ-BAMIGBOYE-Sherlock-takes-Hamlet-big-screen.html

but it says he’s in rehearsals now to "play crippled Richard III in the new Hollow Crown TV drama series, which will encompass Henry VI, Parts 1 and 2, and Richard III."
After that comes his filming of the Sherlock Christmas special.

I have never heard of him before (but he was in "House of Cards"), but he will play Buckingham - a very important and interesting role, he will have various exciting scenes with Benedict!

Brilliant!

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?
