The comment about Watson gaining weight due to being married is said explicitly by Sherlock in HLV.

One other possible one they didn't catch: Sherlock's hands on John's knee (or was that the other way around)? In "The Problem of Thor Bridge," while on a train on the way to their case, Holmes rests his hands on Watson's knees (while discussing Watson's revolver, no less).
