Oh Susi, that's so beautiful...! Your heart is not the only one that nearly stopped...

The film is full of those moments. You could take every single second and make it into a pic. So what about this one?

Absolutely gorgeous, Susi. And I totally agree, you could make tons of screenshots...

This scene kills me every time.

Only good that I'm dead already. So it cannot happen again ...

The last twenty to thirty minutes are just... tough and have such an emotional impact... it's really been a long time since I last saw a movie that touched me so immensely.

Fine, Harriet. Make yourself comfortable wherever you are.
Same with me, Solar. And it is so totally without cheap sentiment. That's what it makes it so hard to watch, I guess.

Graveyard. Right. Must. Go. Graveyard.

But btw, I watched Amazing Graze for the first time tonight and just had to do this pic, because I thought he was so cute in that scene:

I am a bit worried, tbh. What do you need? CPR? Smelling salt? A shovel?
Oh, no, Solar, let's not start Amazing Grace now. Too much for one evening. Harriet loves the film and she is already dead. What about me ?

Maybe she needs a Benedict on her sofa right beside her?
...and okay, alright, I'll save that up for another evening then. Sentiment.

We could ask her. Harriet, do you need any help? Someone at your side in this crisis? Hello? Anyone there?

Oh. Oooooh! Billy revived me. Took him a moment, but it worked
Anyone have a Port with me?

I am already having one. To Billy! Cheerio!
Solar, you mean this scene, don't you?

As a medication, you mean?

Tobe, nice to see you. We are having a really nice and cozy evening, light thudding now and then and a glass of port.

I'll have one, Harriet!
And yes, Susi, that's the scene. I was quite surprised to see him without a wig there, he looked so... bennylicious. Of course the scene in which he has that little race with Wilber isn't bad, either.

Count me in!

Fine. Cheers, ladies!
Solar, these are wonderful scenes. And it is amazing how he plays Billy with youthful vigour and later on when he is "fraying at the edges". Not to mention the deathbed scene.

Speaking of light thudding... hope you can take it, ladies, I know the ending of that one is another tragic one...
