I love them together in cozy 221 B - and that attempt at hanging Christmas lights makes me smile. Looks like the handi-work of a 'confirmed bachelor' to me
Only thing is, although I got a warm and cozy vibe off the apartment itself, the people seemed anything but. Sherlock was in a state, John was totally uncomfortable throughout, and their guests were all left what was going on and probably wondering why they'd traipsed out in the snow for such an awkward social occasion. And because of all that, I found the whole thing totally fascinating, lol.

Great facial expressions, from both of them. Sherlock is pretty much on the dork side there, don't you think?

As soon as that picture was posted, that scene always reminds me of my favorite bit of dialogue (when Sherlock suggests Henry go back out on the moor), and a screencap of one of his perfect 'dork' faces. Then you guys go and say the same thing! :D So it pretty much has to be posted in follow-up now:
(this would be a perfect pic for a caption, too!)

Oh yes, very much on the dork side indeed! Love it! And John's expression is priceless, as well.

HP Sauce. Brown sauce, I think.

Like a steak sauce you mean? We have something called Heinz 57 that looks similar.

I'm not sure. I don't actually like it, to be honest...my dad has been known to put it in stew...

I have HP Sauce. Yes, you can use it as a steak sauce - similar to A1 Sauce. It has a bold flavor.

Sherlock seems to look like a dork whenever he's trying for "normal."

To be fair, Sherlock is trying to watch the house, too!
