Oh yes, it is... damn it, I was so sure the German title is the same as the original one... I'll change that right away...

Re: Silly pictures of associations only Sherlockians can understand

Living in Scotland, I'm ashamed to say I haven't actually seen it right through.
But our school kids did a film project on it....they also got to watch Nativity with Martin!

So you didn't watch it right through because you didn't like it?

I know the film. It's cute. Finally disney has produced a lovely family movie again.

Re: Silly pictures of associations only Sherlockians can understand

We had a huge thunderstorm last night, so today I looked at some related pics on our local news website and found this:
http://url9.de/HWW
The caption says: "Thunderstorm near Reichenbach". No further explanation needed, I think

Dramatic place, dramatic picture!

Found this some weeks ago in our newspaper:

Immediately thought of Bluebell, well, it's rather a Greenbell...

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of this *pouts* ('cus we were driving by at the time and couldn't stop, or damn it I would've and taken the picture! ), but I was recently in a town not far from where I live and noticed a new Italian restaurant had opened called...Angelo's!  I couldn't help but smile and laugh when I saw that, 'twas awesome

Re: Silly pictures of associations only Sherlockians can understand

I saw a sign while I was driving so I couldn't take a picture but it went as follows:

S. Holmes.  Roof fitter.

I was beside myself.  Like OMG! Is Sherlock a roof fitter? It may explain a lot about TRF....

He does love to be dramatic.
Well, thank god you're above all that!

It's on a busy road so I can't take a picture of it to share for fear of crashing during the act.

Re: Silly pictures of associations only Sherlockians can understand

I stopped reading posts in here to do my homework, so I opened my English Workbook and... had to go back here instantly:

(From Cornelsen: 'English Workbook G21' page 2)

Have a look at quote three...

I'm sorry, it's a bit small, it says:
A friend is one who believes in you when you have ceased to believe in yourself.
(Anonymous)

(May have interpreted a bit much...couldn't resist...)

Re: Silly pictures of associations only Sherlockians can understand

Ha...  awesome little chance sightings!   I think my workplace (a department store) was trying to perk me up as well, in lieu of a horribly swamped back-to-school week.    Grabbing someone's special order from a bin in the back that they had had shipped there, I noticed the name on the tag of another order next to it was for a 'Mary Ellen Reichenbach'.  Seriously?!   And then trying to rush out at the end of the night, someone had randomly hung up a long-sleeved buttoned shirt in the wrong spot, made more noticeable by the fact that it was a PSOS.  ;D  Instant switch from getting work off the brain to more relaxing Sherlock and home.

We solve crimes, I blog about it, and he forgets his pants.  I wouldn't hold out too much hope!

Just this morning you were all tiny and small and made of clay!

I'm working my way up the greasy pole.  It's… very greasy.  And…  pole-shaped.
