Re: National Theatre "Live"- Frankenstein

Anybody for Cinemaxx Bremen? I would like to see it, but not alone. There are unfortunatly no other Sherlock-maniacs in my circle of friends and my boyfriend is already a bit annoyed about my Sherlock obsession .

Do it!
Seriously, it will take me 90 minutes to get to Würzburg by car, but I'll do it. I know, going there by car is probably more comfortable, but it might be the last chance we get to see this...

The last chance... oh no, don't say something like that. :o(
I'm so sad about the fact, that it isn't possible for me - like it is for some other german fellows - to see the production finally.
Either way it would be for me - with the train or by car - too much travel time and travel costs. Sucks. Immensely. :o(

Well, but I'm happy for the ones who are going to see it. Have fun! :o)

In my life I have found two things of priceless worth - learning and loving. Nothing else - not fame, not power, not achievement for its own sake - can possible have the same lasting value. For when your life is over, if you can say 'I have learned' and 'I have loved', you will also be able to say 'I have been happy'.

As I will be in London anyway from October 31st, I'm going to see it in one of the cinemas there - yay!

Edit: I've just booked tickets.

Oh, that's great news, ladies! Seems that quite a lot of us will get a chance to see it after all, that's really cool!

Re: National Theatre "Live"- Frankenstein

That's great!   Anyone else on my side of the pond seeing it too?  Just curious and don't think noticed any comments to such when I was mentioning the big cities that were listed for here a number of posts back.  And mostly was just wondering at the time anyway if they weren't going to let more of you in other non-UK have venues too....    glad to see you're finding some with a little bit of search...

Re: National Theatre "Live"- Frankenstein

Okay, they are showing it in Frankfurt as well. Benedict as creature, Miller as Frankenstein. Now I think I'll have to return my tickets for Würzburg, because Frankfurt is just... as close as it gets.

Seems to be the same in Frankfurt, you can't order tickets here yet, either.

Re: National Theatre "Live"- Frankenstein

Now even by mail:

Lieber Kinogast,

www.cinestar.de bekannt geben.

Vielen Dank,
Ihr CineStar - Der Filmpalast. Düsseldorf

Sorry, it´s german. But it says, that they are not taking part at the Frankenstein Screening at this time :-(
Can´t understand the link above then. Any ideas from someone?
