Well, Benedict is clearly not happy about the photographers showing up there, (I am sure you know what he means with Egypt, it's all over the news) hence the note.

He was telling the photographer to stop hassling him and photograph something important like the horrific violence and murder going on right now in Egypt because of the power struggle between the Islamists and the Military.

Yes, it is Benedict and he is right. As much as I like seeing set photos, I would prefer them to be able to get on with their work in peace without being pestered all the time.

A couple people have asked me why I like him so much, and honestly...I don't know what to say to them, I kinda just give them a funny look as if to say "Isn't it obvious?" . Eventually I will explain, but it takes me a few minutes to compile the reasons

Considering that there's the picture of Ben/Sherlock standing in front of the same building in his PJs and dressing-gown, do you think it's Sherlock in the ambulance? And if it is, why doesn't John go with him?

When I first saw the pics of Sherlock in his dressing gown outside of 221B, I thought it's to do with the Mind Palace, but now I'm not so sure anymore.
And how do you think it fits with the other scene we discussed earlier (Sherlock meeting Magnusson at Giovanni's, probably having escaped from hospital)?

This is all so exciting (and frustrating...)!
