And something else adorable from 'set':
The face of 'Sherlock, I won't put up with your sh** anymore!'

And yet he still does...

Sherlock: "Nice to meet you. And now: Keep your hands off of him, he's mine."

I must say I am really disliking the spoiler here.
Sorry, there must be so many other threads for this.
Could we please stick to the pics without the season 3 or set pics?

I'm with you, Maggi. But the last "set" pic by Russell was actually from series 1 - no spoiler then.
Speaking of series 1: I just liked Sarah very much, her unobstrusive and yet helpful nature. She never tried to compete with Sherlock.

I totally agree, I liked her, too. When she first appeared it felt to me a bit as if she'd always been around.

Hm, I was never very fond of her. I'm just glad John stopped dating her.

She had enough sense to make him sleep on the lilo when he came over to crash at her place, though. I can't hate any woman who refuses to take advantage of either of the guys. lololol

Sofa, ancientsgate, it was the sofa.
Oh, I don't hate her at all. AT ALL. I just don't see John in a relationship with her. Isn't working for me.

It was a lilo. I remember it, because I had to go to the internet to find out what a lilo was, lolol. I'd never heard the word before. It's usually an inflatable air mattress.
I've got my rose-colored slash glasses so firmly welded to my face, I can't see John in a relationship with anyone but Sherlock. So there is that (for me).

It really was the sofa. John woke up on the sofa in TGG and when Sherlock asked him about the lilo Mycroft said "Sofa, Sherlock, it was the sofa" to which Sherlock once more looked at John and answered "Oh right".
It's not only that I can't see John in a relationship with Sarah, I don't want her to be by his side at all.
Well, I'm no Johnlock shipper and I personally think that friendship holds more worth.

I remember that scene in TGG, when Mycroft points out that it was the sofa. I was thinking to myself, "Oh God, there's two of them."

You can tell, I haven't watched the show in several months. I lent my DVDs to my son and his wife. But I could always go to Netflix and watch. Remind myself of the details, all over again. Gee, what a hardship. Not.

Always good to hear a second opinion.

The sofa/lilo comment is such a wonderful nod to Mycroft being even smarter than Sherlock. I love that they decided to stay true to the canon with this, and Gatiss already hinted at Comic Con that we will possibly get to see more of it in series 3.
I quite agree with your view on the John/Sherlock relationship, this is how I see them.

I'd rather call it... total insanity, but hey, I think we can also agree on enthusiasm.
