Everyone go read Charles Augustus Milverton. It's an awesome story and will give you a bit of an idea of the type of thing we might expect from Magnussen.
As for the countdown, I'm hoping it's some kind of trailer at the end of Reichenbach, but I'm going to watch with my subtitles on just in case they decide to reveal another message or something.
