I'm gonna have to check it periodically just for a laugh now. My favourite is the one which says Sherlock just stayed dead and isn't in series 3!

"Watching Mycroft's race to stop the desperate Sherlock trying the latest of the drugs himself was heartbreaking, as was Sherlock's final, uncontrollable transformation into a cormorant. I can't begin to imagine how they're going to get out of this next year, though of course the lighthouse must have something to do with it. "

And the politician!

Some of them are hilarious. And let's not forget the lady who warned that this was a fake review.

Thanks for bringing these reviews to my attention, they are absolutely hilarious! Love the one about the lighthouse having something to do with it

I read them yesterday to my family. It's genius.

These are sooooo funny! Especially the one who points out that the reviews are fake! It isn't Christmas you know!

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

I read them and laughed until I cried, then passed them on to a family member twice my age, same result - priceless!

Re: Fan reviews of series 3 - Yes, you heard me correctly!

Couldn't believe the review that complained about makeing a "joke" of Sherlock.  They seemed very offended.

True love means you are able to make fun of your fandom.

Re: Fan reviews of series 3 - Yes, you heard me correctly!

Haa...  that's awesome...
So it seems to be a thing now, like a meme, the playful side of the internet taking the fun of joke reviews and running with it, hmm?  You generally saw it on products that were admittedly ridiculous - for those who haven't seen, you simply must look up on amazon the hutzler banana slicer, and the 'Bic's For Her' pens.  Classics, and Hilarious.
I love though the affectionate humor from Sherlock fans taking deviant delight in the fact that the product page/pre-orders were put up on the site so incredibly early.  These are great!
