Honey you should see me in a crown

It happened two nights ago. It finally happened. I layed down in my bed, plugged in my laptop and watched The Reichenbach Fall.

Sobbing for 45 minutes? Well yeah...

As of now I feel as though I have gotten over my shock from a few nights ago and I'm ready to join back into the fandom after my brief ignoring that Sherlock even existed. I have never before loved a show so much, or a group of actors. I can say completely honestly that I am in love with Sherlock, John, Lestrade and yeah even Moriarty, as well as the incredible actors who play them. Martin Freeman, the incredible hedgehog who is just so adorable as John or as himself. Andrew Scott who makes Moriarty sexy and scary at the same time. And then theres Benedict Cumberbatch, who is just too beautiful for words. The majority of my day is taken up with thoughts of how gorgeous he is. I could cut myself slapping that face.

So hello fellow Sherlockians I like saying hi.

Re: Honey you should see me in a crown

I know how you feel, I cried for days after watching The Reicenbach Fall  ...And like you, I am also in love with the show and the characters (as I know many people here are, obviously ) and quite frankly the casting in it is bloody GENIUS! I don't understand how it can be possible to NOT love everything about it!  Especially Benedict and Martin...love those guys, the perfect Sherlock and John *mind wanders....* , anyway *coughs* , hello and welcome to the forum! Hope you have fun here!

Re: Honey you should see me in a crown

HELLO THERE :D

I was so upset as well at the end of Reichenbach and I only finished watching it a few days ago (I was a late Sherlockian bloomer).  However, it was also a relief when we see Sherlock once more whew but now my head has been filled with more and more questions and I wonder how they will bring it all together next series.  Ooooooooh I cannot wait!

I love everything about that show there isn't one thing that I hated (except Moriarty but I love the way Andrew Scott brought him together, he did his job well then ;) ).  The characters were perfect and so was the casting.  And why on this dear earth would you want to slep Benedict's sooo sharp and sexy face hmmmmm?

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

... but there may be some new players now. It’s okay. The East Wind takes us all in the end.

Crying?

All lives end, caring is not an advantage...

Re: Honey you should see me in a crown

Welcome to the forum KingJim! Cool name. He really does look good in a crown.

I didn't cry the first time I watched Reichenbach. I knew Sherlock wasn't dead because I was already familiar with the ACD story "The Final Problem". It was only after the third time I watched it that I started to pick up on the emotional impact it has on John and that's what makes me cry now everytime. I feel like it gets worse and more painful every time I watch it.

Re: Honey you should see me in a crown

I watched it for a second time and I didn't cry at all, just cooly and collectively watching to try to figure out the trick.

But yeah that first time for me was rough. As soon as we say Sherlock and then it ended, I rolled off my bed sobbing and went downstairs to get Phish Food, continusly cryign hysterically.
