New voicing project

Sherlockology reports:

"First word has appeared online on Poppy’s Fields, a new animated series currently in production featuring a multi award winning British voice cast which includes Benedict Cumberbatch.
The animated TV series was created and written by Stephen Wallis and stars the voices of Jim Broadbent, Matthew Goode, Michael Gambon, Joanna Lumley, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jimmy Carr and Imelda Staunton.
With a tip of the hat to Fawlty Towers and Blackadder, the show follows the story of Poppy, a well meaning but eccentric man who owns an old fashioned retirement home in rural England. When he’s about to go broke, he must count on the assistance of miscreants he may have been better off without.
Voice work is expected to start shortly in London, England with the animation being completed in Toronto this summer.
It will be on TV screens around the world this fall.
You can read more on Poppy’s Fields and its creator Stephen Wallis here."
