Arne Dahl

Is anyone else watching the Swedish Arne Dahl series. I think these are brilliant, although I haven't  caught them all yet and have managed to watch them in the wrong order on I-player. I love he way the individual characters of the police/detectives are built up and the plots are so well constructed. Cinematography is strong and they are 90 minutes long, with no adverts. Does that ring a bell? Acting is very, very good throughout. Believable characters. Believable plots that move along at a decent pace but also ave those all important rest points, which allow you to digest what has happened.

I thoroughly recommend these if you haven't already seen them.

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.
