Seems like a troll to me. Can we never get rid of them? *sigh*
Anyway, the fact that at the end of HOB, when Sherlock was hallucinating in the fog, he saw Moriarty's face, makes even more sense when we believe the theory that HOB took place during TRF. Then Sherlock would already have known that Moriarty was planning something, therefore his fear.
There has been another speculation regarding HOB, saying that some events of SIB actually took place during HOB. I think it was Gatiss who said that they had thought the episodes to take place consecutively but that it would be possible to imagine them to be in another order.
There has always been a glitch in SIB because all of the events between Irene's assumed 'first death' and John giving Sherlock Irene's phone just cannot have taken place between Christmas and March because at several times in the episode it is stated that something has happened 'a few months/several months ago'.
Even if it would be a bit complictated and messed up, I can imagine that events of the end of SIB and the beginning of TRF actually took place during HOB. Otherwise there just wouldn't have been enough time for all this to happen. But again this would interfere with the dates on John's blog. :/
Seems we just have to accept that the makers didn't pay as much attention to the correct dating as we do.

I'd best not. Remember that incident where I traced a spambot back to some girl in Indonesia who had barely left school and was subcontracting for rich Westerners who wanted spam marketting.
When it's robots I've no sympathy but when it's gifted youngsters I'd rather they just learned to use their gifts in more useful ways than spamming.
