Schmiezi: Thanks for the tempting offer but I'm afraid I can't manage...
Here's the three of us (thanks for taking the pic, Miss Camembert) after the strenuous experience of watching STID. You know, all the running and fighting and thudding and squealing...
Finally we managed to find ourselves a well-deserved mattrass for relaxation and calming down.

Goodness, I can hardly recognise the youthful and fresh energetic ladies I knew from the other pictures - have you recovered by now?

I'm fine. I'm in control. And then I'm off to the cinema and the same procedure starts again.

Any chance you could video tape it and then upload it as a torrent Susi?

Good luck with that, Susi! This time you won't have to drive for ages after all.
Yes, I've recovered by now. But somehow there's still that special being drawn to the cinema again...

Same here.
And it will be.................................. tomorrow! Yeah!!

Wow, it was so cool! I went there with my family and they all loved the film. And said that Benedict is a brilliant villain although my daughter actually prefers Chris Pine. And the German voice is quite good, really deep.

The weirdest crossover ever - didn't know where else to put it. Get ready for a treat.

LOL Susi,
Didn't you get the joke when he was singing it during the Audi advert that was posted yesterday?
You should check out Shatner's list if you enjoy 'Bilbo Baggins'!!

I wasn't around yesterday (for obvious reasons) so I overlooked that. Will go and search for it. My husband just showed me Shatner's list, complete with a rendition of Hamlet's famous monologue (not so brilliant IMHO).

I liked this. Quite funny. Not Ben related but there is a mention of Bilbo Baggins.
Here it is Susi!

Simon Pegg was raving about it!

Thank you, that's really funny. Why don't we have such men in German car adverts? Benedict for Jaguar, these two for Audi, RDJ for Volvo … and here you only see boring cars in the ads.

Oh, my parents showed me that clip today. Very nice indeed. That's old Spock and new Spock, innit?

Yes, and there is a very nice allusion to STID and one of the old movies. You'll know after you've seen it.

Just returned from watching STID. Benedict's performance was stunning. I was also kind of proud when his name appeared in capital letters on the big screen during the end credits. The film itself was nice - I've seen better, but it wasn't boring.
But my eyes and 3D will never become friends. All the action scenes looked blurry to me. I'll watch it again, but only on DVD.

And his name is so long that it dominates the whole screen.

Exactly. It looked like:
Chris Pine
Simon Pegg
BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH
