The post count thread (Anything for a one up)
Apparently the number of posts a member has has been linked to certain titles.
As I am currently in the British Government and not a consulting criminal I feel the need to accelerate this process and call upon others to do so to.
This thread is a cheap means of grabbing post counts and is of no actual use.
Share away my fellow Sherlockians!

Well, I dunno. I kinda like being the British Government. However, it is a little crowded with there being five of us, so feel free to post all you want. (You gotta get to 800, I think, to become a Consulting Criminal, so better get something for the finger cramps...)

I think the British Government suits you Tantalus but I think for my nom-de-plume it's a little odd.

Not wishing to come across as sexist but Lord Wimey was written by a woman and thusly is incorrectly presented.
A man would have taken the attention to detail to a degree where the missing value is accounted for somehow.
I do like your idea though.

Not sure how that couldn't possibly come across as sexist, but, oh well...
I assumed Sayers was graciously indicating that Wimsey was not even half as good as Holmes, rather than failing to be precise...

I like that an awful lot! So to both you and Harriet (Presuming this information resides well with her) nicely done!
I do enjoy being educated rather than having to research something which is open ended.
As for the sexism, it doesn't stop there. Unless you are me I shall be prejudice against you; nature of the best I'm afraid. And we all share it
