He doesn't seem to be a one-dimensional standard villain. He said he isn't and I think he wouldn't play such a part. There will be some reason for his evil deeds. Have a look at the clip I posted in the STID thread.

Exactly. They did some very bad things to him or his family or crew or whatever (no spoiler, pure speculation, I don't know anything) and for this he takes his admittedly excessive revenge. That's my theory.
Ans I think from today until 8 May I shall avoid German media.
