Looks like Val Kilmer a few years ago.....

I was thinking more of Laurel and Hardy. He looks like Laurel. Which is not a compliment.

There is a scene in Sherlock where I always have to think of Laurel. I will not tell you which, so you don't have to bear it like I have to each time. 
This picture reminds me of Sid, Ice Age.
