I just tried it in the poll that I created (for the fun of it); the same member can actually vote more than once (I cast two votes - in the categories that are not true religions); there should be a mechanism where the system kows you've already voted & blocks you from voting more than once - like first time you go in, there's the vote button & second time you go in there's only the view button which stops you from voting.
