Come on, Mattlocked! Of course he would have a folder full with letters of thanks!

Says who?

That's a widely-repeated BC quote, and I guess he really did say it, but he swore later that it was all tongue-in-cheek, meant as a joke. It was early days then, before he realized that everything he said in public would be spread all over the known world and believed as gospel. One can only presume that he's being a bit more careful about what he says in front of any recording device these days. One can hope, anyway.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

I know this quote since a while and I always understood it as a joke. He is just not the kind of guy who could really have meant it.
Although.... I have no doubt that there could be a bit truth in it....

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

I took it as a joke. Not that I wouldn't believe he is but he wouldn't say it like that.

This fandom has a lot of little girls in it, and they'd be more apt to believe everything they hear and see, at least, I think so. We mature folks (ahem....like we act so mature....not) are more apt to take everything with a grain of salt.

Yeah, and who in heck could pull off wearing a collar like that except for someone with a swan neck like Ben's. If I wore that, the thing would be up around my ears, lolololol.
