Your photo needs to be online somewhere, so that it has it's own URL...For example,
Then use the tags [img][/img] around the URL....
And voila...

As I posted elsewhere in these help threads; look at someone's post that has a photo. Pretend you want to quote that post in a reply. When you bring up the window to type in you will see the post & you will see how people added the picture.
You will have to either have the picture saved online somewhere (like photobucket etc) OR use one from any online source (google search for a picture, click on the picture & cope it's URL)

Also, please note that sentences can also end in full stops. The exclamation mark can be overused.

I wanted to post a photo I took myself. I loaded it onto my Facebook page but the link did not work here. I will try it again but now I have to work. God, the internet can be totally distracting

I load photos at Photobucket. There you get a choice of links, the last one starting with IMG works here. You click on it and paste it in here after having clicked on Source in the toolbar above. There are other pages you can use as well, one's called Tinypic, I think.
