No. Some people just have blue eyes no matter how you look at them.
They're green, not blue. Let's start with that. Many manippers and fan artists and fan fic authors have made them/painted them/written them as blue, but they're as green as sea water. Watching him in Sherlock, I never see his eyes as changeable-- they're always that pale gorgeous unusual green.
