Help! How to get rid of this troll?
Could anyone with the necessary experience please rid us of this Alena thing? If it goes on like it'll be HFS within days.

Hmmm… I'll get to be in the government soon (!!)… I'll be sure to make my first priority for you guys to smother their shoe black market in lots and lots of bureaucratic red tape…. can't let the shoe criminals win, after all.... 
(even if they are poetically fun like our resident consulting boss is.....)
