Re: My today's tiny contribution to the Sherlock fandom...

I was seriously fighting the impulse to buy it  because this would have been the first time I came across a Sherlockian trace in my city. But then, I'm not Mr Bean who sends all the Christmas cards to his own address...

Matt, have been wanting to tell you that I love the gif of Sherlock's hurt look.  That's the one after Sebastian's remarks about how they all 'hated' him at Uni in TBB, correct?  I loved reading (somewhere on Tumblr) how they changed the scene to capture that fleeting bit of sadness instead of going for a humorous angle.

KP, you're welcome to join us - however.
You are right about the scene; I wrote the little sentence of Sebastian above the pic - but I now notice it probably only works when you have a real big screen, as I have upstairs.

Yeah, I keep meaning to tell you too, that your signature actually physically hurts me everytime I look at it...it makes me so sad.

Re: My today's tiny contribution to the Sherlock fandom...

I know, but it's such an essential moment for the whole series imo, that I need to keep it.

Re: My today's tiny contribution to the Sherlock fandom...

Yesterday I posted photos of flyers I saw on a campus kiosk. It rained overnight and some other flyers had been posted over the the Sherlock ones since.  Today I uncovered them and added my stickies. I was glad to see that some of the tabs had been taken.

Wonderful job, vecee!
Now let's see what will happen. Maybe there are more fans around? Looks, as if some of the little tabs are missing. Keep us informed, will you?

I will. But they only had hashtags on them, and lots of people use the same hashtags, and I couldn't really home in on anyone.

I just started posting stickies around, so I'll have to take some pictures.

I did it! I was pretty nervous and it's a wonder the photos aren't more blurry as I was shaking rather...

Oh, that's amazing, biscuitbear! The hardest part usually is taking the photos without being caught. But it's exciting and fun, isn't it?

I guess I'll have to get active again. It's been quite a time since I last put up some messages.

Today at the museum:
(I added a "Moriarty is real" in the right corner later. And my mum was going like: Hm?, WHAT?)

On our way home we passed this one and I was sad that I didn't have some post-its with me:

Re: My today's tiny contribution to the Sherlock fandom...

Today I was happy to see that my slightly sleepy local book store FINALLY discovered Sherlock Holmes. Yay!
Sorry for the blurry picture, (difficult conditions regarding to taking photos while being watched by other customers) but as you may notice I stuck an  "I believe in Sherlock Holmes" post-it to this SH silhouette which - for some reason was placed under instead of on the table...
