It's nice to know that there are so many Germans here because I usually feel very alone with my Sherlock obsession here. Hardly anyone in Germany seems to know this brilliant show and no one understand why I insist on rewatching a show when I have already watched every episode of it a gazillion times.
@Jayhan: I used to write a bit when I was younger but somehow it doesn't seem to work anymore... not that I would have been a good writer to begin with. I usually spend my time reading or watching tv shows (mainly Sherlock and Doctor Who), I spend quite a lot of time on Tumblr and on the internet in general - far too much, I believe.

Soon we can change the language here. 
The German fans seem to be wide spreaded - like one in each town. No Sherlock fans around my home either, so I'm glad I've found this crazy cosy place.

I have one friend who is a Sherlockian, too - it's wonderful to have around to talk (and cry) over the show.
And a few months ago I was sitting in the lecture hall at university, the lecture hadn't started yet and I was reading 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' and the girl next to me asked me about it and wanted to know if I knew this BBC series about Sherlock Holmes - I tried really hard not so start squealing. :D
So I found out that she was a big Sherlock fan too and that she absolutely adores Benedict Cumerbatch, so I intodruced her to Cabin Pressure and we now sometimes struggle to keep up with what the lecturer is saying because we're too busy talking about Sherlock and Cabin Pressure.
So maybe I'm quite lucky to have at least two people who understand me!
Is anyone here from North Rhine-Westphalia maybe?
