Re: Silly pictures of associations only Sherlockians can understand

My work order for the last english lesson was:

"Think about grammar, tenses, vocabulary, syntax pronunciation and prepare a sheet for the debate."

Now guess which picture came into my mind?

"-solve crimes?"
"Oh"

Ha....  reading the first part of the sentence, I thought you were going to allude to Grammar-Stickler-Sherlock.  ;)

I'm working my way up the greasy pole.  It's… very greasy.  And…  pole-shaped.

Oh well!
I only knew the word 'sheet' in connection with... the thing Sherlock wore. So I was kinda surprised.

Re: Silly pictures of associations only Sherlockians can understand

Today my son told me about someone (a musician, I think) called John Martin. He said I should like him with a name like this. And that was HIS association. I guess I infected him.

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

Yes, a sort of blanket. Don't know the size, they call it plaid on the Net.
