That's just getting absurd now.
What a load of nonsense! Seems the UK companies are exploiting the Holmes name just as much as CBS are doing in the USA. Starting to look like a 'pot / kettle' scenario.

Also, please note that sentences can also end in full stops. The exclamation mark can be overused.
