Sherlock's Will
Was Sherlock's Will mentioned in the episode? If not, I wonder what was in it. Is it possible that John could have been its sole recipient?

There isn't a will mentioned in the episode. Unless otherwise stated, Mycroft (or Mummy Holmes) would be his recipients I presume.
